- British actor Rob Heaps (Home Fires, And Then There Were None) has been cast as the male lead in the dark comedy pilot starring Inbar Lavi. He will play Ezra, Maddie's (Lavi) latest mark who she falls in love with. Ezra has been stuck in his hometown working for his family business and thought his life would finally turn around when married "Ava." However once she disappears, he realizes that unless he finds her, he's done as a man.
