FXX has ordered a third season of the original comedy series You're the Worst created by Stephen Falk, it was announced today by Nick Grad and Eric Schrier, Presidents of Original Programming for FX Networks and FX Productions.
The third season of You're the Worst will on FXX in Summer 2016.
You're the Worst is a modern look at love and happiness told through the eyes of two people who haven't been very successful with either. It's the story of fear, heartbreak, romance, sex, food, Los Angeles, Sunday Funday, friendship and the fact that sometimes the worst people make the best partners.
The comedy stars Chris Geere, Aya Cash, Desmin Borges and Kether Donohue.
"Stephen is one of the best new talents in comedy - as funny, thoughtful and original as You're the Worst and we can't wait to see what he comes up with next," said Grad. "You're the Worst, already one of the most critically-acclaimed comedies on television, is also one of the most innovative, something Stephen and the cast will continue in the much deserved third season. The daring turn this season, led by the honest and respectful portrayal of Gretchen's depression, was a very courageous move for a comedy and another milestone for You're the Worst."
