ABC's Chunk and Bean; Amazon's The Interestings; CBS' Bunker Hill, Drew, Four Stars & Untitled O'Shannon/Butler/Hope; FOX's Untitled Laura Steinel & Zoobiquity; Hulu's Citizen; and Spike's The Mist.




SPIKE's THE MIST
  • The cable network has given a pilot order to a TV adaptation of Stephen King's acclaimed novel The Mist. Christian Torpe (Rita) will write and executive produce the pilot. Dimension Television will produce. The project centers on a seemingly innocuous mist that seeps into a small town and subsequently creates immense havoc. It's currently unclear what King's involvement will be with the project. He served as an executive producer on the two most recent TV adaptations of his novels - CBS' Under the Dome and Hulu's 11.22.63
AMAZON's THE INTERESTINGS
  • David Krumholtz, Sarah Mezzanotte, Ed Squires, Jance Enslin and Katie Balen have been cast on the drama pilot starring Lauren Ambrose and Jessica Paré. Krumholtz will play Ethan, with Squires playing the young version of the character. Mezzanotte will play the young Ash (Paré). Enslin will play the young Jonah Dey (Corey Cott). Balen will play the young Jules (Ambrose).
FOX's ZOOBIQUITY
  • White Collar alum Marsha Thomason has booked the female lead on the drama pilot written by Stephen Nathan and Jon Collier. Antonia Bernath (Downton Abbey) has also been cast today. Thomason will play Dr. Kara Martins, a successful cardiologist and star at her Boston area hospital. She has instinct for healing and is an innovator whose sometimes unorthodox methods save lives. Bernath will play Dr. Susan Gibbs, a shy but brilliant young imaging specialist who is more at home with her machines than with people.
CBS' DREW
  • Felix Solis (The Following, The Family) has joined the cast of the drama pilot written by Joan Rater and Tony Phelan. He will play Lieutenant Ford, who moved to New York after his wife died under suspicious circumstances. He was a person of interest but never charged. He left all that behind and tries to forget his past by burying himself in work.
ABC's CHUNK AND BEAN
  • Hassie Harrison (Hart of Dixie) has landed a regular role on the comedy pilot starring Anna Gunn and Andy Daly. She will play Denise, the Dawson's (Gunn, Daly) oldest child, a beautiful teenage storm cloud with an attitude who can cut with a knife. She's popular at school, quite smart and knows her power.
CBS' UNTITLED DAN O'SHANNON, ROBYN BUTLER & WAYNE HOPE PROJECT
  • Katey Sagal (Sons of Anarchy, Married... With Children) has been cast on the untitled comedy pilot written by Dan O'Shannon, Robyn Butler and Wayne Hope. She will play Julie, Wayne's (John Carroll Lynch) wife and the matriarch of the family. After Wayne lost an eye, Julie stepped in as the lead driver of Team Wheeler.
FOX's UNTITLED LAURA STEINEL PROJECT
  • Married and Archer star Judy Greer has been tapped to play the lead role on the comedy pilot written by Laura Steinel. She will play Jane, the over-used and under-appreciated head of HR for a plastic molding plant, where her new boss is changing the direction of the company and continually making her job more difficult.
HULU's CITIZEN
  • Forrest Goodluck (The Revenant) will co-star on the drama pilot from Alfonso Gomez-Rejon. He will play Guero, a wiry graduate of the streets who serves as the charismatic and bipolar leader of a group called "Baby Narcos."
CBS' FOUR STARS
  • Ana Cruz Kanye (Louie, Law & Order) has joined the cast of the drama pilot written by Becky Mode. She will play Syd, the daughter of four star General Rodriguez, who is a foreign policy wunderkind and hardcore policy wonk.
CBS' BUNKER HILL
  • Royal Pains star Reshma Shetty has been cast on the drama pilot written by Jason Katims. She will play Dr. Talaikha Channarayapatra, an insanely dedicated, quietly fearless, and maddeningly literal physician.
