AMAZON's TRIAL
- Tony winner Nina Arianda (Venus in Fur, Hannibal) has joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Billy Bob Thornton and William Hurt as a new series regular. She will play Patty Solis-Papagian, a fast-talking, go-getter attorney.
USA's MR. ROBOT
- Sandrine Holt, Michael Maize, Dorothi Fox and Luke Robertson have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming second season. Holt will play Susan Jacobs, an Evil Corp General Counsel who unsuspectingly fits into fsociety's plans. Maize will play Lone Star, a Texas native and an off-balanced associate of Ray (Craig Robinson). Fox will play Nell, Romero's (Ron Cephas Jones) blunt and opinionated mother. Robertson will play RT, a previous employee of Ray's who is known for his IT skills.
FOX's NEW GIRL
- Damon Wayans Jr. will reprise his role as Coach for two episodes at the end of the comedy's current fifth season - including the season finale featuring Schmidt (Max Greenfield) and Cece's (Hannah Simone) wedding.
TNT's ANIMAL KINGDOM
- The new drama series written by Jonathan Lisco will premiere on Tuesday, June 7, it was announced today in a newly released trailer. The drama stars Ellen Barkin, Scott Speedman, Finn Cole, Ben Robson, Jake Weary, Daniella Alonso, Molly Gordon and Shawn Hatosy.
TBS' THE DETOUR
- The comedy series created by Jason Jones and Samantha Bee will premiere on Monday, April 11 at 9/8c. with two back-to-back episodes. The 10-episode first season stars Jones, Natalie Zea, Ashley Gerasimovich, Liam Carroll and Daniella Pineda.
FX's BETTER THINGS
- Alysia Reiner (Orange Is the New Black) has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming comedy starring Pamela Adlon. She will play Sunny, one of Sam's (Adlon) friends.
FREEFORM's DEAD OF SUMMER
- Zachary Gordon (Diary of a Wimpy Kid) has landed a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Elizabeth Mitchell. He will play Jason "Blotter" Cohen, a former, happy-go-lucky camper who returns to Camp Stillwater as a counselor and resident stoner. He is just as weirded out by the strange occurrences at camp as the other counselors but makes an effort to keep everyone distracted and happy.
