ABC's When We Rise; AMC's Humans; DirecTV's Kingdom; El Rey's From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series; and Hulu's Chance.





AMC's HUMANS
  • Bella Dayne (Plebs; Don't Hang Up, Sex Guaranteed) has joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season. No details were immediately released about the character she will be playing.
EL REY's FROM DUSK TILL DAWN: THE SERIES
  • Ana de la Reguera, Tom Savini and Marko Zaror have been cast on the drama's upcoming third season. Additionally, Emily Rios will reprise her role as Ximena for multiple episodes of the new season. De la Reguera will play Lord Venganza Verdugo, one of the seven remaining culebra lords whose ancient roots and personal history put them at the center of an epic clash between good and evil. Savini will play Burt, a retired demon hunter who smokes more medical marijuana than he sells. Zaror will play Zolo, an Aztec warrior trained in hell.
DIRECTV's KINGDOM
  • Wendy Moniz (Guiding Light, House of Cards) will appear in multiple episodes - opposite her real-life husband Frank Grillo - of the drama's second season. She will play Roxanne Dunn, a smart, stylish and tough attorney who becomes a major new love interest for Alvey (Grillo).
ABC's WHEN WE RISE
  • Michael K. Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O'Donnell, Denis O'Hare and David Hyde Pierce have been cast on the upcoming miniseries from Dustin Lance Black. Williams will play Ken Jones, an African-American community organizer. Goldberg will play Pat Norman, the first openly gay employee of the San Francisco Health Department. O'Donnell will play Del Martin, co-founder of the first lesbian organization in the country. O'Hare will play Jim Foster, an openly gay Democratic party organizer. Pierce will play Dr. Jones, Cleve's (Guy Pearce & Austin McKenzie) father.
HULU's CHANCE
  • Clarke Peters (The Wire, Treme) has landed a major recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Hugh Laurie. He will play Carl, a gay, cultured, well-spoken and old-school antiques dealer who knows his business inside and out as well as how to increase an object's market value through means both legitimate and not.
