NBC's THIS IS US
  • Castle alum Jon Huertas has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming dramedy starring Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia and Sterling K. Brown. He will play Mike, Jack's (Ventimiglia) co-worker and best friend.
SHOWTIME's SHAMELESS
  • Alicia Coppola, Arden Myrin, Pasha Lychnikoff and Ruby Modine have booked recurring roles on the dramedy's upcoming seventh season. Coppola will play Sue, a blue collar, no-nonsense woman who works with Ian (Cameron Monaghan) as an EMT supervisor. Myrin will play Delores, a homeless woman who hooks up with Frank (William H. Macy). Lychnikoff will play Yvan, Svetlana's (Isidora Goreshter) father. Modine will play Sierra, a new waitress at Patsy Pie's.
FOX's UNTITLED SETH MACFARLANE DRAMA
  • Adrianne Palicki (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) and Scott Grimes (ER) have joined the cast of the upcoming dramedy created by and starring Seth MacFarlane. Palicki will play Kelly Grayson, Ed's (MacFarlane) ex-wife and the newly appointed First Officer of the Orville. Grimes will play Gordon, Ed's best friend hired to pilot the Orville.
FOX's BROOKLYN NINE-NINE
  • The hit comedy's upcoming fourth season is staging a Saturday Night Live reunion with Maya Rudolph set to appear in multiple episodes. She will play a U.S. marshal who is Jake (Andy Samberg) and Holt's (Andre Braugher) official liaison while they are in the Witness Protection Program. She is their only real contact to their former lives.
NETFLIX's DISJOINTED
  • Aaron Moten (The Night Of, Mozart in the Jungle) has landed a series regular role on the upcoming comedy starring Kathy Bates. He will play Travis, Ruth's (Bates) son who is confident of his mother's ability to run their shop, but has bigger visions for what the dispensary could one day become.
NBC's LAW & ORDER: SVU
  • Vice President Joe Biden will appear as himself in an upcoming episode of the drama's eighteenth season. In the episode, Biden praises the SVU team for their work in clearing a rape kit backlog in New York City during a press conference.
PBS' MERCY STREET
  • The hit drama will return for its second season on Sunday, January 22, it was announced from the Television Critics Association's summer press tour today. The cast for season 2 includes Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Josh Radnor, Gary Cole, Peter Gerety, Hannah James, Brad Koed, Nortbert Leo Butz, Tara Summers, McKinley Belcher III, Jack Falahee, AnnaSophia Robb, Donna Murphy, L. Scott Caldwell, Suzanne Bertish, Luke Macfarlane, Patina Miller, Brian F. O'Byrne, Bryce Pinkham, Lune Renee, Chris Wood, William Mark McCullough and Nyambi Nyambi.
ABC's CONVICTION
  • Daniel Franzese (Looking, Recovery Road) has been tapped to replace Daniel DiTomasso on the upcoming drama starring Hayley Atwell. He will play Jackson Morrison, Hayes' (Atwell) brother and best friend who is a sharp-witted, sophisticated political operative running their mother's Senate campaign. He's one of the only people who can pierce Hayes' tough exterior.
