Amazon Sets Premiere Dates for 'Crisis in Six Scenes,' 'Goliath,' 'One Mississippi,' 'Mozart in the Jungle,' 'Transparent' & More!

During its presentation at the Television Critics Association's summer press tour, Amazon announced premiere dates for a number of its original series - including Crisis in Six Scenes, Fleabag, Goliath, Good Girls Revolt, The Man in the High Castle, Mozart in the Jungle, One Mississippi, Red Oaks and Transparent.

The 10-episode first season of One Mississippi will debut on Friday, September 9.

Loosely inspired by Tig Notario's life, the comedy follows Tig as she deals with the complex reentry into her childhood hometown of Bay Saint Lucille, Mississippi, to deal with the unexpected death of her mother, the interminable life of the party. Reeling from her own recently declining health, Tig struggles to find her footing with the loss of the one person who actually understood her, with help from her older but not always wiser brother, Remy, and her emotionally distant stepfather, Bill. A surprise visit from Tig's girlfriend, Brooke, only compounds the reality of how out of place Tig is in a world without her mother.

The comedy stars Tig Notaro, Noah Harpster, John Rothman and Casey Wilson.

Notaro and Diablo Cody created the series. They executive produce with Nicole Holofcener, Louis C.K., Blair Breard, Dave Becky and Kate Robin. Amazon Studios, FX Productions, Pig Newton and 3 Arts Entertainment produce.
