FOX's EMPIRE
  • Nia Long (Best Man Holiday, Uncle Buck) has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's third season. She will play Giuliana, a Las Vegas club queenpin who makes brash moves in the gangster underworld of New York to secure a deal with Empire. Sleek, sexy and cold-blooded, she rubs elbows with Lucious (Terrence Howard) and Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) even she she reckons with her own mysterious past.
CBS' LIFE IN PIECES
  • Molly Shannon (Saturday Night Live, Divorce) will appear in an upcoming episode of the comedy's second season. She will play Allie, a private chef hired by Jen (Zoe Lister-Jones) and Greg (Colin Hanks) to cook them a romantic Valentine's Day dinner. But when she has too much to drink, everything goes haywire.
FOX's GOTHAM
  • James Remar (Dexter, The Shannara Chronicles) has booked a recurring role on the drama's third season. He will play Frank Gordon, Jim's (Ben McKenzie) uncle, a master at playing both sides and a man who knows how to keep a secret. Frank abandoned the family after Jim's father's fatal car crash. And now, 25 years later, he's returned to reconnect with his estranged nephew. But Frank harbors a dark secret, one that will upset the very foundations of Jim's world and force him into a terrible choice between saving his family and saving his city.
NBC's THE NIGHT SHIFT
  • Ken Leung has decided not to return to the drama for its upcoming fourth season as a series regular. His contract had an opt out after the third season and he has opted to explore other professional options. He has played Dr. Christopher "Topher" Zia since the pilot.
NETFLIX's LOST IN SPACE
  • Parker Posey (Louie, Search Party) has joined the cast of the upcoming remake of the hit drama series. She will play Dr. Smith.
THE CW's JANE THE VIRGIN
  • Elisabeth Rohm (The Last Ship) has landed a recurring role on the comedy's third season. She will play Eileen, a guru who is soft-spoken, exuding tranquility and will be dating Luisa (Yara Martinez).
