ABC's LIBBY & MALCOLM
- ABC has given a pilot order to one of its hottest comedy projects - Libby & Malcolm starring Emmy winners Felicity Huffman (American Crime) and Courtney B. Vance (The People v. O.J. Simpsons). The pilot was written by black-ish creator Kenya Barris and Vijal Patel. ABC Studios produces with Barris, Patel, Huffman, Vance and Brian Dobbins set to executive produce. The project centers on Malcolm (Vance), a smooth, confident liberal pundit and father of three who arms himself with cold, hard facts and in irresistible easy charm that wins over everyone he meets. He recently married Libby (Huffman), a strong, brilliant Republican who won his heart by knocking him off his feet. Now they'll forge a new life together at home against all odds while going head-to-head at work on their fiery new political talk show.
