FX's AMERICAN HORROR STORY
- Billy on the Street and Difficult People star Billy Eichner has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming seventh season of the anthology series. No details were immediately released about the character he will play. He joins confirmed returning cast members Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters.
SHOWTIME's THE CHI
- Sonja Sohn (The Wire) and Jen An (Cover Visions) have landed recurring roles on the upcoming drama created by Lena Waithe. Sohn will play Laverne, Brandon's (Jason Mitchell) unpredictable and dysfunctional alcoholic mother with whom he shares a very strained and resentful relationship. An will play Sarah, who grew up in the restaurant business, albeit a down market family one, and now runs her husband Steve's hip/urban diner (which her parents don't approve of) in Chicago's busy restaurant scene. She has a connection with Brandon that is a mixture of attraction and power but it could ultimately get them both in trouble.
