Casting News - Ryan Phillippe to Appear on 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine'; 'Arrow' Promotes Duo to Series Regular; Plus 3 More Updates!

The CW's Arrow; FOX's Brooklyn Nine-Nine; HBO's Divorce; TBS' Untitled Tracy Morgan Comedy; and USA's Shooter.





THE CW's ARROW
  • After recurring in the fifth season, Rick Gonzalez and Juliana Harkavy have been promoted to series regulars for the drama's upcoming sixth season. Gonzalez plays Rene Ramirez aka Wild Dog. Harkavy plays Dinah Drake aka the new Black Canary. 
TBS' UNTITLED TRACY MORGAN COMEDY
  • Ryan Gaul (Bajillion Dollar Propertie$, Superstore) has booked a series regular role on the upcoming comedy starring Tracy Morgan. He will play Josh, an expensively dressed hipster. He is sophisticated, sensitive yet edgy, and worldly enough to fit in anywhere. An ex drug addict who's proud of the low moments in his life. Tray's (Morgan) complete antithesis in every way.
FOX's BROOKLYN NINE-NINE
  • Ryan Phillippe (Shooter, Secrets & Lies) will appear in the one-hour season finale of the comedy's fourth season. He will play a potential love interest for Gina (Chelsea Peretti) who Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) doesn't like very much.
USA's SHOOTER
  • Josh Stewart (Insidious) has joined the drama's upcoming second season as a new series regular. He will play Solotov, an assassin with a connection to Bob Lee Swagger (Ryan Phillippe) and his team from Afghanistan.
HBO's DIVORCE
  • Steven Pasquale (Rescue Me, Bloodline) has landed a recurring role on the comedy's upcoming second season. He will play Andrew, a friend of Nick's (Tracy Letts) who is set up with Frances (Sarah Jessica Parker). They then fall into a casual relationship.
