Showtime Sets Premiere Dates for 'Ray Donovan' and 'Episodes'

Showtime has today announced premiere dates for the upcoming seasons of Emmy-nominated series Ray Donovan and Episodes.

The fifth season of Ray Donovan will premiere on Sunday, August 6 at 9/8c. Also beginning that Sunday, Twin Peaks will move to the 8/7c. time slot. The Twin Peaks finale will air with two back-to-back episodes on Sunday, September 3 starting at 8/7c. The fifth and final season of Episodes will debut on Sunday, August 20.

In the fifth season of Ray Donovan, Ray (Liev Schreiber) turns his attention back to Hollywood and his celebrity fixer firm. Meanwhile, his dad Mickey (Jon Voight) is overjoyed to be welcomed into Ray's home at last and swears to finally mend his criminal ways.

In the final season of Episodes, several months have passed and the game show is now a runaway hit. Unfortunately for Matt (Matt LeBlanc), this means he is now only thought of as a game show host, his years as an actor completely forgotten. Sean (Stephen Mangan) and Beverly (Tamsin Greig) are equally miserable. Sean's loathsome ex-partner (Bruce Mackinnon) is now in charge of their new show, The Opposite of Us, and Sean and Beverly must endure his utter lack of humor or talent as they watch him slowly destroy their show.
