Starz has today announced a premiere date for the third season of its original horror comedy series Ash vs. Evil Dead.
The new season will premiere on Sunday, February 25 at 9/8c.
The third season finds Ash's status in Elk Grove, Michigan has changed from murderous urban legend to humanity-saving hometown hero. When Kelly witnesses a televised massacre with Ruby's fingerprints all over it, she returns with a new friend to warn Ash and Pablo that evil isn't done with them yet. Blood is thicker than water in the battle of good vs. Evil Dead!
The new season stars Bruce Campbell, Lucy Lawless, Ray Santiago, Dana DeLorenzo and Arielle Carver-O'Neill.
Mark Verheiden serves as showrunner for the new episodes. Additional executive producers include Sam Raimi, Rob Tapert, Bruce Campbell, Ivan Raimi and Rick Jacobson. Moira Grant is a producer.
