Amazon's Good Omens & The Romanoffs; FOX's The X-Files; and Starz's Sweetbitter.
AMAZON's THE ROMANOFFS
- Oscar nominee Diane Lane (Unfaithful) will appear in an upcoming episode of the anthology series created by Matthew Weiner. Like with all previous casting, no details were immediately released about the character she will be playing.
STARZ's SWEETBITTER
- Caitlin FitzGerald, Tom Sturridge, Paul Sparks, Evan Jonigkeit, Daniyar. Eden Epstein and Jasmine Mathews will round out the main cast of the upcoming drama starring Ella Purnell. FitzGerald will play Simone, a sommelier who is the embodiment of self-possession, beauty and authority at the restaurant. Sturridge will play Jake, a recklessly beautiful bartender. Sparks will play Howard, the general manager of the restaurant and father-figure to those who work there. Jonigkeit will play Will, the backwaiter assigned to train Tess (Purnell) and becomes her first friend. Daniyar will play Sasha, a highly proficient and hard-working Russian immigrant and backwaiter. Epstein will play Ari, an adventurous lesbian who backwaits by day and DJs by night. Mathews will play Heather, a server postponing law school.
FOX's THE X-FILES
- Haley Joel Osment (Silicon Valley, Future Man) will guest star in an upcoming episode of the drama's eleventh season. No details were immediately announced about the character he will be playing. However, he will appear heavily in the Skinner-centric (Mitch Pileggi) episode.
AMAZON's GOOD OMENS
- Mireille Enos, Lourdes Faberas, Yusuf Gatewood and Anna Maxwell Martin will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Michael Sheen and David Tennant. Enos, Faberas and Gatewood will play War, Pollution and Famine, three of the Horseman of the Apocalypse. Martin will play the demon Beelzebub.
