CBS Cancels 'Zoo' After 3 Seasons

CBS has decided to cancel its original drama series Zoo after three seasons, it was announced today. The drama aired its final episode on September 21, 2017.






In its third season, the drama only averaged 2.65 million total viewers. That was down nearly 2 million viewers from the average for its second season.

The drama starred James Wolk, Kristen Connolly, Nonso Anozie, Billy Burke, Alyssa Diaz, Josh Salatin and Gracie Dzienny.

Josh Appelbaum, André Nemec, Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg developed the drama based on the novel of the same name by James Patterson. All five executive produced with Michael Katleman, James Mangold, Cathy Konrad, Bill Robinson, Leopoldo Gout and Steve Bowen. CBS Television Studios, James Patterson Entertainment and Midnight Radio produced.
