THE CW's SUPERGIRL
  • Jesse Rath (Defiance, No Tomorrow) has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's third season. He will play Brainiac 5, a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes who is half computer, half organic life and boasts a 12-level intellect. He travels to National City from the 31st century to help Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and the DEO battle Reign (Odette Annable).
FOX's NEW GIRL
  • Dermot Mulroney is set to reprise his role as Jess' (Zooey Deschanel) ex-boyfriend, Russell "The Fancyman" Shiller, in multiple episodes of the comedy's upcoming seventh and final season. Mulroney last appeared in the role during a Season 2 episode.
FOX's THE RESIDENT
  • The Last Ship star Jocko Sims has booked a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Matt Czuchry. He will play Dr. Ben Wilmot, a cocky and controlling doctor of internal medicine who takes interest in a patient with hopes of solving a decade-long medical mystery.
BET's THE BOBBY BROWN STORY
  • Woody McClain has signed on to reprise his role as Bobby Brown from The New Edition Story in the upcoming followup miniseries. The new episodes chronicle the talented but troubled singer's exit from New Edition through his solo success, his affair with Janet Jackson and tabloid-fodder marriage to Whitney Houston.
