NBC Sets Premiere Date for New Comedy 'A.P. Bio' Starring Glenn Howerton

NBC has today announced a premiere date for its upcoming comedy series A.P. Bio starring Glenn Howerton (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia).







The comedy will have a special preview on Thursday, February 1 at 9:30/8:30c. following a new episode of Will & Grace. It will then return in the same time slot on Thursday, March 1 following the network's coverage of the Winter Olympics.

The comedy centers on a philosophy scholar who loses out on his dream job and goes to work as a high school Advanced Placement biology teacher but he makes it clear he will not be teaching any biology. Realizing he has a room full of honor roll students at his disposal, he decides instead to use the kids to his own benefit.

In addition to Howerton, the cast includes Patton Oswalt, Mary Sohn, Lyric Lewis, Aparna Brielle, Nick Peine, Jacob McCarthy, Jean Villepique and Tom Bennett.

Mike O'Brien created the comedy. He executive produces with Lorne Michaels, Seth Meyers, Andrew Singer, Mike Shoemaker and Osmany Rodriguez. Universal Television and Broadway Video produce.
