Netflix Sets Premiere Date for Season 2 of 'Jessica Jones'

Netflix has today announced a premiere date for the upcoming second season of its original drama series Jessica Jones.







The 13-episode season will drop on the streaming service on Thursday, March 8.

The new season finds Jessica Jones beginning to put her life back together after murdering her tormentor, Kilgrave. Now known throughout the city as a super-powered killer, a new case makes her reluctantly confront who she really is while digging deeper into her past to explore the reasons why.

The drama stars Krysten Ritter, Rachael Taylor, Eka Darville, Leah Gibson, J.R. Ramirez, Janet McTeer and Carrie-Anne Moss.

Melissa Rosenberg developed the drama. She executive produces with Liz Friedman, Raelle Tucker, Allie Goss, Kris Henigman, Cindy Holland, Alan Fine, Stan Lee, Joe Quesada, Dan Buckley, Jim Chory and Jeph Loeb. Marvel Television, ABC Studios and Tall Girl Productions produce.
