Netflix has renewed its original drama series Stranger Things for a third season, it was announced today. An episode count and expected premiere date were not immediately announced.
In its second season, the drama starred Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Joe Keery, Dacre Montgomery, Cara Buono, Sean Astin and Paul Reiser.
The Duffer Brothers created the drama. They executive produce with Shawn Levy, Karl Gajdusek, Cindy Holland, Brian Wright, Matt Thunell, Dan Cohen and Iain Paterson. 21 Laps Entertainment and Monkey Massacre produce for Netflix.
