PBS and ITV have renewed their original drama series Victoria for a third season, it was announced today. The drama will return with new episodes in 2018 on ITV and early 2019 on PBS.
Jenna Coleman and Tom Hughes will return for the new season as Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, respectively.
Daisy Goodwin created the drama. She executive produces with Rebecca Eaton, Dan McCulloch and Damien Timmer. Mammoth Screen produces.

It's an honour to have them back for a third series, which covers a tumultuous period in our country's history, filled to the brim with royal scandals, political skirmishes and constitutional crises, as new historical figures enter the saga to challenge Victoria and Albert as never before," said Timmer.
