ABC's Grey's Anatomy; CBS' NCIS: New Orleans; Netflix's House of Cards; and USA's Suits.





NETFLIX's HOUSE OF CARDS
  • Oscar nominees Diane Lane and Greg Kinnear have joined the cast of the drama's upcoming sixth and final season as new series regulars. They will be playing siblings, with all other details being kept under wraps. Lane was nominated for an Academy Award for the 2002 film Unfaithful, while Kinnear was nominated for an Academy Award for the 1997 film As Good as It Gets.
  • The returning cast for the final season includes Robin Wright, Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson, Patricia Clarkson, Constance Zimmer, Derek Cecil, Campbell Scott and Boris McGiver.
ABC's GREY'S ANATOMY
  • Candis Cayne has booked a recurring role on the drama's fourteenth season. She was previously seen on E!'s I Am Cait and is currently recurring on Syfy's The Magicians.
  • She will play a transgender patient who comes to Grey Sloan for a "groundbreaking" vaginoplasty surgery.
USA's SUITS
  • Katherine Heigl has been cast as a new series regular on the drama's upcoming eighth season. She won an Emmy for her work on ABC's Grey's Anatomy and has recently starred in NBC's State of Affairs and CBS' Doubt, which both lasted for only a season. Her casting also reunites her with her Doubt co-star DulĂ© Hill, who has also been promoted to series regular for the new season.
  • She will play Samantha Wheeler, a talented new partner at Pearson Specter Litt who challenges the status quo and will either become the firm's greatest ally or most powerful enemy.
CBS' NCIS: NEW ORLEANS
  • Shalita Grant is leaving the cast of the drama during its current fourth season. Her final episode will be the seventeenth hour of the season, which will air on April 3.
  • Grant recurred as Sonja Percy, a former ATF agent recruited to the NCIS unit, during the drama's first season. She was promoted to series regular starting with the second season.
