Freeform has today announced the premiere dates for new original drama series Cloak & Dagger as well as the second seasons of The Bold Type and Famous in Love.
New Marvel drama Cloak & Dagger will debut on Thursday, June 7 at 8/7c. with a two-hour premiere.
In the drama, Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson are two teenagers from very different backgrounds, who find themselves burdened and awakened to newly acquired superpowers while falling in love. Tandy can emit light daggers and Tyrone has the ability to engulf others in darkness. They quickly learn they are better together than apart, but their feelings for each other make their already complicated world even more challenging.
The cast includes Olivia Holt, Aubrey Joseph, Andrea Roth, Gloria Reuben, Miles Mussenden, Carl Lundstedt, Emma Lahana, Jaime Zevallos and J.D. Evermore.
Joe Pokaski is the showrunner for the first season. He executive produces with Jim Chory, Jeph Loeb and director Gina Prince-Bythewood. Marvel Television and ABC Signature produce.
The second season of The Bold Type will premiere on Tuesday, June 12 at 8/7c.
The drama stars Katie Stevens, Aisha Dee, Meghann Fahy, Sam Page, Matt Ward and Melora Hardin.
Furthermore, Nikohl Boosheri and Stephen Conrad Moore have been promoted to series regulars after recurring in the first season.
