FOX's MIXTAPE
  • Madeleine Stowe will star in the drama pilot written by Joshua Safran. She previously starred in four seasons of ABC's Revenge. Her film credits include 12 Monkeys, The Last of the Mohicans and The General's Daughter.
  • She will play Margot, an actress who carefully controls how she presents herself to the world but is secretly exhausted by having to do it.
CBS' CHIEFS
  • Aunjanue Ellis has been cast as one of the third leads on the drama pilot written by David Hudgins. She starred in ABC's Quantico for its first two seasons.
  • She will play Kendra, the Los Angeles Chief of Police. An LAPD lifer and divorced mother of two, she is a highly respected and experienced chief. She's a people person who's always on the lookout for her fellow cops. Her style of policing is to connect with people and create community.
ABC's UNTITLED TIM DOYLE PROJECT
  • Mary McCormack will play the female lead on the comedy pilot starring Michael Cudlitz. She starred for two seasons in NBC's The West Wing and five seasons in USA's In Plain Sight. She recently appeared in the AMC/Channel 4 comedic drama Loaded.
  • She will play Peggy, the family matriarch. Controlling and formidable, married to Mike (Cudlitz) and the mother of their eight sons ranging in age from 20 to a baby, she's a traditional 1950s housewife who can't drive, rarely leaves the house, and is a bit out of her depth in the early 1970s. Her husband makes the money and she makes sure they don't waste it, stretching a dollar until it squeaks and running a tight domestic ship. Peggy forms a surprisingly close bond with her second eldest boy's girlfriend, Cheri, whose feminist notions inspire her to seek her own independence and begin thinking for herself.
CBS' I MOM SO HARD
  • Freddie Prinze, Jr. and David Fynn will co-star on the comedy pilot written by (alongside Michelle Nader) and starring Kristin Hensley and Jen Smedley. Prinze Jr. starred in the eighth season of FOX's 24 and is a part of the voice cast of Disney XD's Star Wars Rebels. Fynn starred for three seasons in NBC's Undateable.
  • Prinze Jr. will play Hale, Jen's (Smedley) husband, a work-from-home former athlete with a dry sense of humor. He has a great relationship with his wife's best friend, Kristin (Hensley), and her husband, Brian.
  • Fynn will play Brian, a hard-working, affable school teacher and fun father. He is devoted to his wife, Kristin, and he's willing to put a smile on her face at any expense.
NBC's SO CLOSE
  • Punam Patel has landed a series regular role on the comedy pilot written by Greg Malins. She starred in ABC Family's one-season Kevin From Work and has recurred on Pop's Return of the Mac and TruTV's Adam Ruins Everything.
  • She will play Dhara. Her strict parents always push their traditional Indian values on her. She's torn because she loves her parents and her culture but wants to live in the real world as well.
ABC's THE GREATEST AMERICAN HERO
  • Shoniqua Shandai has booked a series regular role on the comedy pilot starring Hannah Simone. She will soon be seen in recurring roles on Paramount's Nobodies and TNT's One Day She'll Darken.
  • She will play Tawnia Nichols, the office manager and office gossip at the marketing agency where Meera (Simone) works.
THE CW's ROSWELL
  • Jeanine Mason has been cast in the lead role on the drama pilot written by Carina Adly MacKenzie. She won the fifth season of FOX's So You Think You Can Dance and is currently recurring on ABC's Grey's Anatomy.
  • She will play Liz Ortecho, a jaded biomedical researcher and the daughter of undocumented immigrants. Reluctantly returning to her tourist-trap hometown of Roswell, New Mexico, she is haunted by a tragic incident. She discovers a shocking truth about her teenage crush who is now a police officer: he's an alien who has kept his unearthly abilities hidden his entire life. She protects his secret as the two reconnect and begin to investigate his origins. When a violent attack and long-standing government cover-up point to a greater alien presence on Earth, the politics of fear and hatred threaten to expose him and destroy their deepening romance.
CBS' GOD FRIENDED ME
  • Javicia Leslie and Suraj Sharma have joined the cast of the drama pilot starring Brandon Michael Hall. Leslie has a recurring role on CBS' MacGyver. Sharma has appeared in Showtime's Homeland and Life of Pi.
  • Leslie will play Ali Finer, Miles' (Hall) younger sister. Bright, compassionate and opinionated, she is always in his corner to provide encouragement and honest insight. She is also working on her PhD in psychology.
  • Sharma will play Rakesh Sehgal, Miles' co-worker and best friend. Good-natured, funny and likable, he is a video game enthusiast, coder and sometimes hacker. He helps Miles and Cara research the God account.
ABC's SAFE HARBOR
  • Lynn Collins will play the lead role on the drama pilot written by Jason Richman. Aasif Mandvi and Kris D. Lofton have also been cast today. Collins recently starred in Discovery's Manhunt: Unabomber. Mandvi recently recurred on Hulu's Shut Eye and TV Land's Younger. Lofton has appeared on HBO's Ballers and FOX's Empire.
  • Collins will play Oriana "Ori" Cloverfield, who gave up a legal career to become a rookie cop - or so it seems.
  • Mandvi will play Stanley Mudd, a likable and loyal cop at Harbor Division.
  • Lofton will play Alvin "Deets" Dietrich, another officer at Harbor Open division, hoping to make detective one day.
