ABC's A Million Little Things; CBS' Main Justice & Untitled Earl/McAuliffe; The CW's The End of the World as We Know It; FOX's Untitled Ilene Chaiken & Untitled David Elliot; and NBC's So Close, Untitled David Schulner & The Village.



NBC's SO CLOSE
  • Sasheer Zamata and Sean Kleier have been cast in the lead roles on the comedy pilot written by Greg Malins. Zamata starred in four seasons of NBC's Saturday Night Live while Kleier was a series regular for three seasons in Bravo's Odd Mom Out.
  • The project centers on hopeless romantics Riley (Zamata) and Kyle (Kleier). At crossroads in their separate lives, they are close to settling for the wrong partner, unaware that they live only blocks apart and may be each other's soulmates.
FOX's UNTITLED ILENE CHAIKEN PROJECT
  • Rose Rollins has booked a series regular role on the drama pilot starring Katie Holmes. She starred in three seasons of Showtime's The L Word and two seasons in ABC's The Catch.
  • She will play Sara Ruiz, an FBI field agent who stands by Hazel (Holmes) when the scandal breaks.
NBC's UNTITLED DAVID SCHULNER PROJECT
  • Tyler Labine will co-star on the drama pilot written by David Schulner. He starred for two seasons in The CW's Reaper and three seasons in Hulu's Deadbeat. He recently recurred on the second season of BBC America's Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency.
  • He will play Dr. Iggy Frome, an attending child psychiatrist at the hospital who likes to think outside the box but has been continually beat down by the system.
CBS' MAIN JUSTICE
  • Timothy Hutton will star opposite Bokeem Woodbine on the drama pilot written by Sascha Penn. He won an Academy Award for the 1980 film Ordinary People. He starred in three seasons of ABC's American Crime - receiving an Emmy nomination for the first season. He will next appear in Amazon's Jack Ryan and Netflix's The Haunting of Hill House.
  • He will play Deputy Attorney General Thomas Yarrow, a man whose ego is only matched by the money he spends on his wardrobe. He was the interim Attorney General prior to Miles' (Woodbine) appointment, and is immediately critical of the new Attorney General's decisions.
ABC's A MILLION LITTLE THINGS
  • Anne Son has joined the cast of the drama pilot starring David Giuntoli, Romany Malco and Christina Ochoa. She starred in the short-lived ABC drama My Generation as well as the Off-Broadway production of Smart People.
  • She will play Katherine, who was once the fun one in group. But now, she is the mom to a son she loves while juggling being the parent she wants to be with her very successful law career.
FOX's UNTITLED DAVID ELLIOT PROJECT
  • Russell Hornsby is set as the male lead on the drama pilot written by David Elliot. He starred for six seasons in NBC's Grimm and is a series regular on Netflix's Seven Seconds (which debuts this Friday).
  • He will play Ezekiel "Easy" Boudreau, a savvy, pragmatic and cool attorney who works at the wrongful conviction firm.
THE CW's THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT
  • Quinta Brunson will play the co-lead opposite Gage Golightly on the drama pilot written by Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker. She is the creator and star of YouTube Red's scripted comedy Broke.
  • She will play Ruby, a hyper-intelligent, upbeat graduate from MIT who hasn't been able to hold down an engineering job due to her interests shifting a mile a minute. Therefore, she currently works at her parents' business, a birthday party place/pizza restaurant for kids. With the arrival of a crashed spaceship, Ruby may have finally found her mission.
CBS' UNTITLED AUSTEN EARL & TIM MCAULIFFE PROJECT
  • Damon Wayans Jr. will star in the comedy pilot written by Austen Earl and Tim McAuliffe. He was one of the most in-demand comedy actors this pilot season and fielded multiple offers before landing here - in a deal that is said to also include a producing contract with CBS Television Studios. He has previously starred in ABC's Happy Endings and FOX's New Girl.
  • He will play Peter, a good guy with a sense of humor, happily married to his dream wife, Claire. He is an accountant and the business manager of young superstar musician, Cooper, who comes to live with them.
NBC's THE VILLAGE
  • Grace Van Dien has been cast on the drama pilot written by Mike Daniels. She starred in two seasons of Netflix's Greenhouse Academy and recurred on Showtime's White Famous.
  • She will play Katie, the independent, smart, latch-key kid of a single mother who adores her but has to work hard to make ends meet. A burgeoning artist and activist, Katie's recent attempts to "find herself" are seen as unnecessary rebellion by her mother and have caused friction of late.
