ABC's GET CHRISTIE LOVE
  • Thomas Cocquerel has been cast on the drama pilot starring Kylie Bunbury. The Australian actor's film credits include Table 19, In Like Flynn, Alive and The Divorce Party.
  • He will play Adam, one of the youngest team members of Christie's (Bunbury) counter-intelligence unit. He's the young "action movie hero" guy - smooth and just a bit cocky.
ABC's GRAND HOTEL
  • Chris Warren has booked a series regular role on the drama pilot starring Roselyn Sanchez. He has previously had a recurring role on Freeform's The Fosters.
  • He will play Jason. Kind, funny and friends with everyone on the hotel staff, he's worked as a waiter at the hotel since his teens, as his mother is the staff manager.
ABC's STATIES
  • Alexander Sokovikov has landed a series regular role on the drama pilot starring Annie Ilonzeh and Andy Karl. He has had recurring roles on FX's The Americans and Netflix's House of Cards.
  • He will play Senior Trooper Yuri Kinbote, a gruff Russian trooper who's skeptical of the new statie in town.
NBC's THE ENEMY WITHIN
  • Jennifer Carpenter and Morris Chestnut will star in the drama pilot written by Ken Woodruff. Carpenter starred for eight seasons in Showtime's Dexter and one season in CBS' Limitless. Chestnut starred for two seasons in FOX's Rosewood and two seasons in Showtime's Nurse Jackie.
  • Carpenter will play Erica Wolfe, a former CIA agent and a highly intelligent codebreaker who learned her craft from her father and disclosed highly sensitive information to a former Russian intelligence agent.
  • Chestnut will play Will Keaton, an FBI counter-intelligence agent who had brought down the traitor Erica Wolfe and whose fiancée had been murdered as a result of Wolfe's activities.
ABC's FALSE PROFITS
  • Shelley Hennig is set as one of the leads on the drama pilot starring Bellamy Young. She starred for three seasons in MTV's Teen Wolf and can currently be seen in the Netflix film When We First Met.
  • She will play Hilary Jenkel, a sharp-tongued, hot-tempered former beauty queen whose glory days were cut short by a nasty drug habit. Now in recovery and a single mother of 6-year-old Lila, she hopes to reignite the flame between her and Clark, Lila's father. But when he sues for full custody, Hilary needs to whip her life and bank account into shape. She joins her co-workers in a direct-sales cosmetics business, using her pageant know-how as the underdog team's secret sales weapon.
CBS' GOD FRIENDED ME
  • Violett Beane will play the female lead on the drama pilot starring Brandon Michael Hall. She currently recurs on The CW's The Flash and FOX's The Resident.
  • She will play Cara Weiss, a confident, compelling and quick-witted leading writer at an online magazine. Under pressure for her next big story, her life takes an interesting turn when she meets Miles (Hall) - thanks to God's friend suggestion.
ABC's A MILLION LITTLE THINGS
  • James Roday and Christina Moses have joined the cast of the drama pilot starring David Giuntoli. Roday starred for eight seasons in USA's Psych as well as the follow-up movie. Moses has a recurring role on The CW's The Originals and will co-star in Audience's upcoming drama Condor.
  • Roday will play Gary, who is known for his deflective humor, a habit of sleeping with everyone and complete control over his emotions.
  • Moses will play Regina Howard, a talented chef with dreams of opening her own restaurant one day. She is living proof that there's nothing stronger in this world than a determined woman. She and her husband, Rome (Romany Malco), have the marriage we all want for ourselves but this bond will be tested as she helps her husband confront his depression.
ABC's UNTITLED TIM DOYLE PROJECT
  • Caleb Foote, Christopher Paul Richards and Jack Gore will co-star on the comedy pilot starring Michael Cudlitz and Mary McCormack. Foote is currently recurring on FX's The Assassination of Gianni Versace. Richards and Gore both recur on Showtime's Billions.
  • They will play Eddie, Joey and Timmy Doyle, respectively - three of the sons in the main family.
CBS' CHIEFS
  • Michael Trucco has been cast on the drama pilot starring Alana De La Garza and Aunjanue Ellis. He starred in three seasons of Battlestar Galactica and recently recurred on Netflix's Disjointed.
  • He will play Detective Keele, who works closely with Chief of Police Kendra Downes (Ellis). They go way back. A seasoned professional, he's sharp as a tack and devoted to the job. He has his opinions and he's not afraid to share them.
THE CW's CHARMED
  • Rupert Evans has booked a series regular role on the drama pilot reboot written by Jessica O'Toole and Amy Rardin. He has starred in three seasons of Amazon's The Man in the High Castle. It's unclear what his casting on the pilot means should The CW pick up Charmed to series and Amazon renews High Castle for a fourth season.
  • He will play Harry, a handsome and grandiose professor with an infuriating charm and a mysterious interest in the three sisters.
CBS' MURDER
  • Leonard Roberts and Andrea Demetriades have landed series regular roles on the drama pilot starring Michael Chiklis and Teyonah Parris. Roberts starred in the final season of TNT's Major Crimes and recurs on CBS' Mom. Demetriades' credits in Australia include Pulse, Squinters and Janet King.
  • Roberts will play Assistant District Attorney Malachi Sandel, a talented, charismatic homicide prosecutor whose persuasive skills and charm extend from the courtroom to his active social life. But a new case, coupled with a new romantic interest, has him questioning his choices in work and in life.
  • Demetriades will play Raquel Bennett, a legal aid defense attorney who's both highly skilled and deeply passionate about advocating for her clients. A formidable opponent in court, she never goes down without a fight, but her magnetic personality makes even her legal opponents enjoy facing her at trial.
FOX's DADDY ISSUES
  • Janina Gavankar is set for a series regular role on the comedy pilot starring Erin Foster and Don Johnson. She starred for two seasons in HBO's True Blood, two seasons in NBC's The Mysteries of Laura and one season in FOX's Sleepy Hollow.
  • She will play Sasha, Andi's (Foster) smart and funny best friend. She and Andi tell one another everything - except for the fact that Sasha recently starred dating Andi's father (Johnson).
THE CW's DEAD INSIDE
  • Freddie Stroma, Joey King and Hayley Marie Norman will star in the drama pilot written by Katie Lovejoy. Stroma starred in the first season of Lifetime's UnREAL. King recurred in the first season of FX's Fargo. Norman has recurred on TruTV's Adam Ruins Everything.
  • Stroma will play Zach Gates, who is annoyingly perfect, roguishly over-confident with a rock-star charm. When he returns as a ghost, he learns a few surprising things about the people closest to him.
  • King will play Emmy Gates, who is tougher and stronger than she thinks she is, and what she lacks in confidence, she makes up for with determination, humor and snark. Her life is turned upside down when her brother dies and returns to her as a ghost, forcing her to team up with him to solve a murder and resolve his unfinished business.
  • Norman will play Jayla Harris, the unfiltered motormouth receptionist at the Portland police station. She's one of the few true supporters of Emmy's law enforcement aspirations. As for her own aspirations, it's to be insta-famous.
THE CW's SKINNY DIP
  • Matt Barr will play the male lead on the drama pilot written by Russel Friend and Garrett Lerner. His casting keeps him at The CW and CBS Television Studios following his starring role on Valor, which seems unlikely to return for a second season.
  • He will play Mick, an old soul, unplugged from society, skeptical of the world and cynical beyond his years. A police detective who has been removed from the force, he lives alone on a desert island with a nice dog named Irma - and he's happy to be off the grid. After finding Joey floating in the ocean, he nurses her back to health and reluctantly agrees to help her in her quest for answers.
NBC's THE VILLAGE
  • Lorraine Toussaint and Dominic Chianese have been cast on the drama pilot written by Mike Daniels. Toussaint starred in one season of Netflix's Orange Is the New Black, two seasons of FOX's Rosewood and is a series regular on the upcoming third season of AMC's Into the Badlands. Chianese starred for six seasons in HBO's The Sopranos.
  • Toussaint will play Patricia, a warm, vivacious grandmother figure and social worker who, unable to have her own children, became a caretaker for everyone else. She embraces life to the fullest, and ironically, her journey is to make peace with losing that full life after she finds out she has cancer.
  • Chianese will play Enzo, an opinionated Brooklyn native who sets his sights on moving out of the nursing home and in with the grandson (Daren Kagasoff) he dotes on but frequently gives a hard time. Insisting on living life to the fullest, he is irreverent, funny, liberal with advice, and not above selling viagra at the nursing home for extra cash.
