Casting News - Georgia Flood, Lucas Neff and Rory O'Malley to Star in Lifetime's 'American Princess'

Lifetime's American Princess.

  • Georgia Flood, Lucas Neff, Seana Kofoed, Mary Hollis Inboden and Rory O'Malley will star in the upcoming dramedy created by Jamie Denbo.
  • Flood (Wentworth Prison) will play Amanda, an Upper East Side socialite who runs away from her own dream wedding when she realizes that the life she thought she wanted wasn't actually right after all. When she stumbles upon a Renaissance Faire, she experiences an unexpected awakening, leading her to leave everything she thought she cared about behind. While at the Faire, she quickly develops new friendships, rivalries and romance that opens her eyes to new beginnings.
  • Neff (Raising Hope, Downward Dog) will play David, a Ren Faire actor who goes by the name "Pizzle Humpsalot," performing Shakespearean parodies in the mud.
  • Kofoed (Flaked) will play Maggie, the venerable Queen Elizabeth at the Fair.
  • Inboden (The Real O'Neals) will play Delilah, a free-spirited washer wench who befriends Amanda.
  • O'Malley (Hamilton, The Book of Mormon) will play Brian, the Faire's much-revered Shakespeare.
