CBS Renews 'Mom' for Season 6

CBS has renewed its original comedy series Mom for a sixth season, it was announced today. The comedy joins The Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, S.W.A.T., SEAL Team and Murphy Brown on the network's 2018-19 schedule.

The comedy stars Anna Faris, Allison Janney, Mimi Kennedy, Jaime Pressly, Beth Hall and William Fichtner.

Chuck Lorre, Gemma Baker and Eddie Gorodetsky created the comedy. They executive produce with Nick Bakay. Warner Bros. Television and Chuck Lorre Productions produce.

"It's a fearless series that tackles provocative social issues with laughter and grace, and a large, loyal audience has followed.
