A month after its series debut on the streaming service, Netflix has renewed its original comedy series On My Block for a second season.
The comedy stars Sierra Capri, Jason Genao, Brett Gray, Diego Tinoco, Ronni Hawk and Jessica Marie Garcia.
Lauren Iungerich, Eddie Gonzalez and Jeremy Haft created the comedy and serve as executive producers. Crazy Cat Lady Productions produces for Netflix.
The comedy is the second coming-of-age series to be renewed in as many weeks - following last week's pickup of Alexa & Katie for a second season. The renewal also comes shortly after Everything Sucks! was cancelled after one season.
