HBO has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming original drama series Succession starring Brian Cox.
The 10-episode first season will premiere on Sunday, June 3 at 10/9c.
The Roy family - Logan Roy and his four children - controls one of the biggest media and entertainment conglomerates in the world. The drama tracks their lives as they contemplate what the future will hold for them once their aging father begins to step back from the company.
The cast includes Brian Cox, Jeremy Strong, Hiam Abbass, Sarah Snook, Kieran Culkin, Alan Ruck, Nicholas Braun, Matthew Macfadyen, Natalie Gold, Peter Friedman and Rob Yang.
Jesse Armstrong created the drama. He executive produces with Will Ferrell, Frank Rich, Kevin Messick, Jane Tranter, Mark Mylod and director Adam McKay.
