Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel; CBS All Access' Tell Me a Story; FOX's 9-1-1; HBO's Chernobyl; and Starz's Counterpart.





CBS ALL ACCESS' TELL ME A STORY
  • Kim Cattrall has booked a lead role on the upcoming drama created by Kevin Williamson. She starred for six seasons in HBO's Sex and the City - which earned her five Emmy nominations.
  • She will play Colleen, an unlikely and very non-traditional grandmother. When her son moves back home, bringing with him a troubled teenager, Kayla, this former chorus girl is going to have to grow up finally and take on the parental duties to protect her family against a very dark and sinister threat.
HBO's CHERNOBYL
  • The upcoming miniseries starring Jared Harris has rounded out its cast today with the additions of Paul Ritter, Jessie Buckley, Adrian Rawlins, Con O'Neill, Sam Troughton, Adam Nagaitis, Ralph Ineson, Mark Lewis Jones, Fares Fares, David Dencik, Robert Emms, Jay Simpson, Gerard Kearns, Michael Socha, Jamie Sives, Kieran O'Brien, Karl Davies, Billy Postlethwaite, Alex Ferns and James Cosmo.
  • No details were immediately released about the characters they will be playing.
STARZ's COUNTERPART
  • James Cromwell has landed a major recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He won an Emmy for his performance in FX's American Horror Story: Asylum and received an Academy Award nomination for Babe.
  • He will play Yanek, the enigmatic warden of Echo, an underground facility where Howard (J.K. Simmons) finds himself fighting for his life.
AMAZON's THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL
  • Zachary Levi has been cast in a recurring role on the dramedy's upcoming second season. He starred for five seasons in NBC's Chuck and appeared in the Netflix miniseries Alias Grace.
  • He will play an eclectic Manhattan doctor who suddenly starts orbiting the Weissman/Maisel world.
FOX's 9-1-1
  • Ryan Guzman has snagged a series regular role on the drama's upcoming second season. He has previously starred in ABC's Notorious and NBC's Heroes Reborn. He also had a recurring role on Freeform's Pretty Little Liars.
  • He will play a new firefighter who joins the firehouse led by Captain Bobby Nash (Peter Krause).
