SundanceTV has decided to cancel its original drama series Hap and Leonard after three seasons. The news was first announced by the show's executive producers on Twitter last night.
Based on the book series by Joe R. Lansdale, the drama starred James Purefoy and Michael Kenneth Williams.
Jim Mickle and Nick Damici developed the drama. They executive produced with Lansdale, Linda Moran, Lowell Northrop and showrunner John Wirth. AMC Studios and Nightshade Platform produced.
The drama wrapped its 18-episode run on April 11, 2018.
