Just a week after debuting on the streaming service, YouTube Red has renewed its original comedy series Cobra Kai for a second season. The Karate Kid sequel series will return for a new season in 2019.
The comedy stars Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Courtney Henggeler, Mary Mouser, Xolo Maridueña and Tanner Buchanan.
Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg created the series. They executive produce with Machhio, Zabka, James Lassiter and Caleb Pinkett. Sony Pictures Television and Overbrook Entertainment produce.
