SHOWTIME's THE WRONG MANS
- Jillian Bell will star opposite Ben Schwartz on the comedy pilot based on the British series of the same name. Her film credits include 22 Jump Street and Rough Night. She also co-created and starred for two seasons in Comedy Central's Idiotsitter.
- She will play Anne, who works alongside Sam (Schwartz) and is a somewhat deluded fantasist who lives with her mother and has such an empty life that she leaps at the opportunity to join Sam in saving a woman who is kidnapped. Meanwhile, Sam just wants to get on with his ordinary life while Anne is desperate for excitement and extremely unrealistic about her capacity as an action hero.
FX's Y: THE LAST MAN
- Amber Tamblyn has joined the cast of the drama pilot starring Diane Lane and Barry Keoghan. She starred for two seasons in CBS' Joan of Arcadia, one season in FOX's House and two seasons in CBS' Two and a Half Men.
- She will play Mariette Callows, the daughter of the President of the United States who has been groomed for a career in politics and to uphold her father's conservative values.
