AMC's The Walking Dead; FOX's The Resident & Star; NBC's This Is Us; OWN's David Makes Man; and Showtime's Billions.





NBC's THIS IS US
  • Lyric Ross has been promoted to series regular for the drama's upcoming third season. She appeared in a recurring role throughout the drama's second season.
  • She plays Deja, the teenage girl Randall (Sterling K. Brown) and Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) took in from the foster system.
FOX's THE RESIDENT
  • Daniella Alonso has landed a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. She previously starred for one season in NBC's Revolution, one season in NBC's The Night Shift and one season in TNT's Animal Kingdom.
  • She will play Zoey Barlow, a strong single mother whose two adopted children both have chronic illnesses. With a firecracker attitude and a warm heart, she is the kind of mom who gets down on the floor to play with her kids. The Chastain Park Memorial team will root for her small, loving family as they battle the unimaginable.
SHOWTIME's BILLIONS
  • Samantha Mathis has been cast in a major recurring role on the drama's upcoming fourth season. She previously starred for one season in CBS' Under the Dome and two seasons in FX's The Strain.
  • She will play Sara Hammon, the new COO of Taylor Mason Capital. She's brought on board by Taylor (Asia Kate Dillon) to help run the newly formed company and protect it from Axe's (Damian Lewis) aggression.
AMC's THE WALKING DEAD
  • Ryan Hurst has joined the drama's upcoming ninth season in a recurring role. He starred for five seasons in FX's Sons of Anarchy, two seasons in WGN America's Outsiders and had a recurring role on A&E's Bates Motel. Recently, he was also cast in a recurring role on the upcoming fifth season of Amazon's Bosch.
  • He will play Beta, Alpha's (Samantha Morton) second-in-command of The Whisperers.
OWN's DAVID MAKES MAN
  • Alana Arenas is set as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Akili McDowell and Phylicia Rashad. Furthermore, Gillian Williams, Ruben Santiago-Hudson, Elvis Nolasco and Randy Gonzalez have been cast in recurring roles.
  • Arenas (L.A. Confidential) will play Gloria, David's (McDowell) young, hardworking, single mother who wants better for her children. A now-sober, former drug user, she worries that social services might take her sons away.
  • Williams (The Girlfriend Experience) will play Jessica Kelly, David's former music teacher who is the mother of his best friend, Seren (Nathaniel Logan McIntyre).
  • Santiago-Hudson (The Quad) will play Dr. Bree, a clinical psychiatrist who challenges David to examine the trauma of his past and his hopes for the future.
  • Nolasco (American Crime) will play Tio-Teo, the uncle to David's strained acquaintance, Raynan (Ade Chike Torbert). He aims to expand his illegal prescription med operation no matter what the cost.
  • Gonzalez (Bloodline) will play Mr. Lopez, a teacher of remedial math who believes in David more than David believes in himself.
FOX's STAR
  • Chad Michael Murray has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. He previously starred for nine seasons in The CW's One Tree Hill and two seasons in ABC's Agent Carter. He was also a series regular on the CMT miniseries Sun Records.
  • He will play Xander McPherson, an opportunistic real estate investor who is involved in a toxic relationship with Cassie Brown (Brandy Norwood). He plays white collar but learned his hustle on the street and knows how to use his charm and power to get what he wants.
