NETFLIX's DEAD TO ME
- Linda Cardellini will star opposite Christina Applegate on the upcoming comedy created by Liz Feldman. She starred for one season in NBC's Freaks and Geeks, six seasons in NBC's ER and three seasons in Netflix's Bloodline. She has also recurred on FOX's New Girl and AMC's Mad Men.
- She will play Judy, an outgoing free spirit who exudes both warmth and pathos as she struggles to deal with a personal tragedy. She desperately needs someone to connect with and finds a common ground and support system in Jen (Applegate).
NETFLIX's CENTRAL PARK FIVE
- Niecy Nash, Aunjanue Ellis, Kylie Bunbury, Marsha Stephanie Blake and Storm Reid have joined the cast of the upcoming limited series created by Ava DuVernay.
- Nash (Claws) will play Delores Wise, the mother of Korey Wise (Jharrel Jerome).
- Ellis (Quantico) will play Sharone Salaam, the mother of Yusef Salaam.
- Bunbury (Pitch) will play Angie Richardson, the sister of Kevin Richardson.
- Blake (Orange Is the New Black) will play Linda McCray, the mother of Antron McCray (Jovan Adepo).
- Reid (A Wrinkle in Time) will play Lisa, a friend of Korey Wise.
APPLE's SEE
- Sylvia Hoeks and Archie Madekwe have been cast as series regulars on the upcoming drama starring Jason Momoa and Alfre Woodard. Hoeks has previously recurred on Epix's Berlin Station. Madekwe will next appear in the BBC One miniseries Les Miserables.
- Hoeks will play Queen Kane, a spiritual and military political head.
- Madekwe will play Kofun, an intelligent son.
NBC's CHICAGO FIRE
- Kristen Gutoskie has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming seventh season. She has previously recurred on The CW's The Vampire Diaries, Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale and FOX's Lethal Weapon.
- She will play Chloe, the sweet, fun, spunky, adorable and lovable girl you'd introduce to your mom with full confidence.
