Netflix has today given a series order to the original comedy series Living With Yourself starring Paul Rudd (Ant-Man). The first season will include eight episodes, which will likely debut in 2019.
The comedy will see Rudd take on a dual role as a man struggling with his life who undergoes a novel treatment to become a better person. He then finds he's been replaced by a new and improved version - revealing that his own worst enemy is himself.
Tim Greenberg (The Daily Show with Jon Stewart) created the comedy and will serve as showrunner. Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris have signed on to direct. They will executive produce with Rudd, Anthony Bregman, Jeff Stern, Tony Hernandez and Jeffrey Blitz. Likely Story and Jax Media will produce.
The series was previously set up at IFC in February 2017.
