Apple's Untitled Jennifer Aniston/Reese Witherspoon Drama & Untitled Hilde Lysiak Drama; and Netflix's The Crown.





NETFLIX's THE CROWN
  • Emerald Fennell has joined the cast of the drama's upcoming third season. She previously starred for four seasons in BBC One's Call the Midwife.
  • She will play Camilla Parker Bowles, the second wife of Prince Charles. The upcoming season will be set in the 1970s, when Camilla first met Charles (Josh O'Connor).
APPLE's UNTITLED JENNIFER ANISTON & REESE WITHERSPOON DRAMA
  • Steve Carell is plotting his return to television as the male lead of the upcoming drama starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon. He previously starred for seven seasons in NBC's The Office and received six Emmy nominations for his performance. Since then, he has focused on his film career - starring in Foxcatcher, The Big Short, Battle of the Sexes, Beautiful Boy and Welcome to Marwen.
  • He will play Mitch Kessler, a morning show anchor who is struggling to maintain relevance in a changing media landscape.
APPLE's UNTITLED HILDE LYSIAK DRAMA
  • Jim Sturgess will star opposite Brooklynn Prince in the upcoming drama inspired by the life of Hilde Lysiak. He previously starred for one season in AMC's Feed the Beast and one season in Hulu's Hard Sun.
  • The drama follows a young girl (Prince) who moves from Brooklyn to the small lakeside town her father (Sturgess) left behind. While there, her dogged pursuit of the truth leads her to unearth a cold case that everyone in town, including her own father, tried hard to bury.
