NBC Cancels 'Midnight, Texas' and 'Marlon'

NBC has today decided to cancel the original drama Midnight, Texas and original comedy Marlon after two seasons each. Marlon ended its run over the summer, while Midnight, Texas airs its final episode next Friday, December 28.





Midnight, Texas starred Francois Arnaud, Arielle Kebbel, Peter Mensah, Dylan Bruce, Parisa Fitz-Henley and Jason Lewis.

Monica Owusu-Breen developed the drama, with Eric Carmelo and Nicole Snyder serving as showrunners for the second season. They executive produced with David Janollari. Universal Television and David Janollari Entertainment produced.

Marlon starred Marlon Wayans, Essence Atkins, Notlim Taylor, Amir O'Neil, Bresha Webb and Diallo Riddle.

Wayans created the comedy with Christopher Moynihan. They executive produced with Rick Alvarez, Michael Rotenberg and Andy Ackerman. Universal Television, 3 Arts Entertainment, Baby Way Productions and Bicycle Path Productions produced.
