HBO's THE NEW POPE
  • Today, the premium cable network has announced the official full cast for the upcoming limited series follow-up to The Young Pope. Today's cast additions join the previous announced Jude Law and John Malkovich. The new episodes are written by Paolo Sorrentino, Umberto Contarello and Stefano Bises, with Sorrentino once again directing all eight episodes.
  • Also returning from the cast of The Young Pope are Silvio Orlando, Javier Cámara, Cécile de France, Ludivine Sagnier and Maurizio Lombardi.
  • New cast additions for the season include Mark Ivanir, Henry Goodman, Ulrich Thomsen and Massimo Ghini.
FX's LEGION
  • Lauren Tsai has joined the cast of the drama's upcoming third season. Known primarily as a model and artist, the role marks her first television acting job in the United States.
  • She will play Switch, a young mutant whose secret ability serves as the key to executing David's (Dan Stevens) plan.
TNT's RAISED BY WOLVES
  • Travis Fimmel has been cast as the male lead on the upcoming drama created by Aaron Guzikowski. He previously played the lead role on History's Vikings for its first four seasons.
  • He will play Marcus, a roguish, charismatic soldier who was the ultimate survivor back on Earth. To escape the doomed planet, he and his wife Sue made a dangerous decision that they must keep secret at all costs. But now that they've arrived in the new world, Marcus is struggling to reconcile the sins of his past, even as he continues to embrace the killer instincts that always kept him alive in the first place.
