Starz Cancels 'Counterpart' After Two Seasons

Starz has today decided to cancel its original drama series Counterpart after two seasons, it was announced by series creator Justin Marks on Twitter. The season finale on February 17 will now serve as the final episode.






In its second season, the drama starred J.K. Simmons, Olivia Williams, Harry Lloyd, Nazanin Boniadi, Sara Serraiocco, Nicholas Pinnock, Christiane Paul, Betty Gabriel and James Cromwell.

Marks executive produced with Jordan Horowitz, Bard Dorros, Keith Redmon, Gary Gilbert and Morten Tyldum. Media Rights Capital, Anonymous Content and Gilbert Films produced.
