  • Zabryna Guevara has been cast on the drama pilot starring Alison Tolman. She previously starred for one season in FOX's Gotham and one season in CBS All Access' Tell Me a Story. She currently recurs on NBC's New Amsterdam and next appears in an episode of CBS All Access' The Twilight Zone reboot.
  • She will play Abby, a pediatrician who is a longtime friend of Jo's (Tolman).
  • Freddie Prinze Jr. has joined the cast of the drama pilot starring Kennedy McMann. He previously starred for one season in FOX's 24 and four seasons in Disney XD's Star Wars Rebels. His film credits include I Know What You Did Last Summer, She's All That and the live-action Scooby-Doo.
  • He will play Carson Drew, Nancy's (McMann) father, a dynamic attorney who has become estranged from Nancy following the recent death of his beloved wife - but his attempts to reconnect with his daughter run aground when Nancy's murder investigation reveals unsettling secrets from Carson's own past.
  • Jonathan Sadowski will co-star on the comedy pilot starring Carra Patterson. He previously starred for five seasons in Freeform's Young & Hungry.
  • He will play Bill, the crass and tough owner of the Muffler Men auto repair shop across the street from Patty's Auto. Despite his fierce competition with Patty (Patterson), the two are more alike than different and are therefore drawn to each other.
  • Christian Borle has booked a series regular role on the drama pilot starring Olivia Thirlby and E.J. Bonilla. He is a two-time Tony Award winner for Peter and the Starcatcher and Something Rotten. He also starred for two seasons in NBC's Smash.
  • He will play Miles, Adrienne's (Thirlby) charming, highly accomplished brother and stay-at-home dad.

It's clear that he is in over his head with the girls, but he is reluctant to hire help and can't imagine letting a stranger look after his children. Overly protective and a bit controlling, the last thing he wants is to welcome his late wife's chaotic, disruptive and inappropriate mother, Nana (Sagal), into the home. After seeing Nana interacting with the girls, he's forced to reconsider his stance. She might be exactly what the family needs in the face of their recent loss.
  • Bryce Charles and Tate Moore have scored series regular roles on the comedy pilot starring Mary Elizabeth Ellis and Tawny Newsome. Charles has recurred on ABC's Black-ish and next appears in Netflix's upcoming limited series Tales of the City. Moore is a relative newcomer.

  • Neustaedter will play Michael Jamison. It's hard to tell if he's a bit unstable of just masterfully playing everyone.
  • Hunter Parrish will play the male lead in the anthology pilot starring Jacqueline Grace Lopez and Marcia Cross. He previously starred for eight seasons in Showtime's Weeds and next stars in Netflix's upcoming drama Ratched opposite Sarah Paulson. His casting reunites him with Cross after they previously played mother and son on ABC's Quantico.
