CBS All Access Announces Premiere Date for Season 2 of 'Strange Angel'

CBS All Access has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming second season of the original drama series Strange Angel.







The 10-episode second season will begin on Thursday, June 13.

In Season 2, the U.S. is fully engaged in World War II, transforming Jack Parsons' rocketry work into a lucrative business and further entrenching him in the military-industrial complex. While his career takes off, Parsons and his wife Susan's devotion to their new occult religion grows, leading them to invite the sex cult into their Pasadena mansion and forge a personal relationship with the group's notorious founder, Aleister Crowley.

The drama stars Jack Reynor, Rupert Friend, Bella Heathcote, Peter Mark Kendall and Angus Macfadyen.

Mark Heyman created the drama based on the book by George Pendle. He executive produces with David DiGilio, Ridley Scott and David W. Zucker. CBS Television Studios and Scott Free Productions produce.
