- Tom Wilkinson has joined the cast of the upcoming limited series starring Alice Eve and Tamsin Greig. He has received Academy Award nominations for In the Bedroom and Michael Clayton. He also won an Emmy for the HBO miniseries John Adams.
- He will play Peregrine, Earl of Brockenhurst. Tall and handsome in his youth, he is a typical aristocrat who has lived his life according to an accepted code, one that he has never questioned. He loves his wife, even if their marriage is a courteous but essentially external affair of form and rule, manner and custom. His family circumstances have brought out his depressive tendencies.
