Netflix has today announced the premiere date for the new original drama series The I-Land starring Kate Bosworth.
The entire first season will be available on Thursday, September 12.
10 people wake up on a treacherous island with no memory of who they are or how they got there. As they try to get back home, they soon discover this world is not as it seems. Faced with the I-Land's extreme psychological and physical challenges, they must rise to their better selves - or die as their worst ones.
In addition to Bosworth, the drama also stars Natalie Martinez, Alex Pettyfer, Ronald Peet, Kyle Schmid, Kota Eberhardt, Sibylla Deen, Anthony Lee Medina, Gilles Geary and Michele Veintimilla.
Neil LaBute created the drama and serves as showrunner. He also executive produces with Chad Oakes, Mike Frislev and director Jonathan Scarfe. Bosworth is a producer. Nomadic Pictures produces.
