Netflix has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming original comedy series Merry Happy Whatever starring Dennis Quaid.
All 8 episodes of the first season will be available on Thursday, November 28.
A strong-willed patriarch, Don Quinn (Quaid), must balance the demands of his complicated family with the stress of the Christmas season when his youngest daughter comes home for the holidays with a new boyfriend.
The comedy also stars Bridgit Mendler, Brent Morin, Siobhan Murphy, Adam Rose, Hayes MacArthur, Elizabeth Ho and Ashley Tisdale.
Recurring guest stars include Garcelle Beauvais and Tyler Ritter.
Tucker Cawley (Everybody Loves Raymond) created the comedy. He executive produces with Quaid, Aaron Kaplan, Dana Honor, Wendi Trilling and director Pamela Fryman. Kapital Entertainment and Trill TV produce.
