BET+ has today renewed its original comedy series First Wives Club for a second season. The comedy will likely return to the streaming service with new episodes in 2020.
The comedy stars Michelle Buteau, Jill Scott, Ryan Michelle Bathe, Mark Tallman, RonReaco Lee and Malik Yoba.
Tracy Oliver developed the series based on the novel and film of the same name. She executive produces with Scott Rudin and Karen Rosenfelt. Paramount Television, Jax Media and Tracy Yvonne Productions produce.
The entire 10-episode first season was available upon BET+'s launch on September 19, 2019.
