- Adhir Kalyan will play the title role in the comedy pilot written by David Goetsch and Maria Ferrari. He previously starred for five seasons in CBS' Rules of Engagement. He recently recurred on the fifth season of Netflix's Arrested Development.
- He will play Awalmir aka Al, an interpreter who served with Riley's Marine unit in Afghanistan and has just arrived to start a new life in America.
