BBC America has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming twelfth season of the original drama series Doctor Who.
The new season will kick off with a special two-part episode on Wednesday, January 1 at 8/7c. The season will make its regular time slot debut on Sunday, January 5 at 8/7c.
The drama stars Jodie Whittaker, Tosin Cole, Mandip Gill and Bradley Walsh.
Guest stars for the new season include Stephen Fry, Lenny Henry, Goran Visnjic and Robert Glenister.
