Casting News - Grace Gummer Joins Peacock's 'Dr. Death'; Brian Geraghty to Co-Star on ABC's 'The Big Sky'; Plus 1 More Update!

ABC's The Big Sky; HBO Max's Gossip Girl; and Peacock's Dr. Death.






HBO MAX's GOSSIP GIRL
  • Emily Alyn Lind, Whitney Peak, Eli Brown, Johnathan Fernandez and Jason Gotay have been cast as series regulars on the upcoming reboot of the hit drama created by Joshua Safran. Lind previously starred for one season in CBS' Code Black. Peak is currently recurring on Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Brown starred in Freeform's one-season drama Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists. Fernandez starred for three seasons in FOX's Lethal Weapon. Gotay's Broadway credits include Evita and Bring It On.
  • She will play Audrey, who has been in a long term relationship and is beginning to wonder what more could be out there.
  • No details were immediately released about the characters Peak, Brown, Fernandez and Gotay will be playing.
PEACOCK's DR. DEATH
  • Grace Gummer and Molly Griggs have joined the cast of the upcoming limited series starring Jamie Dornan, Alec Baldwin and Christian Slater. Gummer previously starred for three seasons in USA's Mr. Robot, which also starred Slater. Griggs has recurred on HBO's Succession, AppleTV+'s Servant and FOX's Prodigal Son.
  • Gummer will play Kim Morgan, a highly capable, hard-charging registered nurse who is drawn into Dr. Christopher Duntsch's (Dornan) web - both professionally and personally - by his apparent talent and ambition.
  • Griggs will play Wendy Young, Duntsch's girlfriend, the mother of his children and the last remaining moral beacon for the man who would become "Dr. Death."
ABC's THE BIG SKY
  • Brian Geraghty will co-star in the upcoming drama starring Katheryn Winnick and Ryan Phillippe. He currently stars in USA's anthology drama Briarpatch. He previously starred for two seasons in NBC's Chicago P.D. and in the first season of TNT's The Alienist.
  • He will play Ronald Pergman, a blue-collar long-haul trucker with a disturbing dark side who becomes the subject of an investigation.
