Netflix Reveals Premiere Date for New Drama 'Cursed' Starring Katherine Langford

Netflix has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming original drama series Cursed starring Katherine Langford (13 Reasons Why).

All 10 episodes of the first season will be available on Friday, July 17.

A re-imagining of the Arthurian legend, the drama follows Nimue, a teenage heroine with a mysterious gift who is destined to become the powerful (and tragic) Lady of the Lake. After her mother's death, she finds an unexpected partner in Arthur, a young mercenary, in a quest to find Merlin and deliver an ancient sword. Over the course of her journey, Nimue will become a symbol of courage and rebellion against the terrifying Red Paladins, and their complicit King Uther.

In addition to Langford, the drama also stars Devon Terrell, Lily Newmark, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Daniel Sharman, Sebastian Armesto, Emily Coates, Catherine Walker, Billy Jenkins, Bella Dayne, Peter Mullan and Gustaf Skarsgård.

Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler developed the drama. They executive produce with director Zetna Fuentes.
